New Delhi:An all round performance by Subhash Boya helped India beat Pakistan by 66 runs in the second match of the Petro Cup Cricket series for the Blind in New Delhi today (April 30, 2005).

Man of the Match Boya first scored a 17-ball 44 and then chipped in with two wickets as the hosts took a 2-0 lead in the five match series against the visitors.

Put into bat, India scored a daunting 323 for seven in their allotted 35 overs thanks to half-centuries from Srikhar Naik (92) and Asish Negi (51) and the cameo's by Boya and Ketan Patel (30 in 26 balls).

With the visitors needing to score at a rate of above nine runs per over, Mohammad Fayyaz (74 in 65 balls) and Adnan Ahmad (56 not out in 40 balls) kept Pakistan in the hunt but Boya and Dinesh Kumar (2/48) ensured that they were far short from the target. The visitors ended at 257 for six.
