Hyderabad:All the four former cricketers Greg Chappell, Tom Moody, Sandip Patil and Mohinder Amarnath being considered for coaching the Indian team, have their own strengths, said legendary cricketer Kapil Dev.

"All four have their own strengths and it is for the cricket board to finalise the name. I do not want to comment on the issue," Kapil, who was on a business promotional trip, said in Hyderabad on Wednesday night.

"They are very experienced and I have nothing to say on that nor do I have a name to recommend," he said.

On Ganguly's form, Kapil said: "As a skipper he did a good job and as a batsman maybe he is passing through a bad phase, he should improve and do better."

When asked what makes a good sportsperson, the 1983 World Cup winning captain of India said, "Talent, aided with good temperament brings you success."
