Coventry, who sauntered to the wicket with the home side doddering at 54 for four,anchored the innings magnificently scoring an unbeaten 102 from 108 balls to help his side post a score of 232 for seven in fifty overs.
Coventry was well aided by Stuart Matsikenyeri who scored a half-century (55). Blessing Mahwire provided a late flourish with an impressive 41 before being dismissed off the final ball of innings.
Set 233 for a win, the Pakistanis slipped to 50 for 5 and never recovered the lost ground as they were packed out for 181 off 42.1 overs.
Tail-ender Mohammad Khalil top-scored for the visitors clubbing four sixes in his cameo knock of 39 but it was all over bar the shouting by then for the men in green.
