Karachi:The Select Asia Under-15 team drew their fourth and final match, after they looked like pressing for a victory, having culled a 150-run first innings lead against Karachi Gymkhana here.

The Karachi Gymkhana struggled to fire against some fine bowling from Irfan Ahmed as they crawled to 166 for seven in their second innings in remaining 58 overs as the match petered out into a draw.

Bilal Munir who scored a superb 104 in the Karachi Gymkhana's first essay, came up with another handy knock of 52 to spare the blushes for the home side even as Irfan was breathing fire.

Irfan claimed 6-58 to finish with a match haul of 10 wickets for 92 runs.

Earlier, making first use of the wicket, on day one, Karachi Gymkhana made a solid start through a brilliant century by Bilal Munir but they lost their way later to be bowled out for a meager 187 in 57.3 overs.

Bilal held the innings together hitting 104, with the help of 12 boundaries.

Batting first time, the Select Asia Under-15 side piggybacked on Dipen Shreshta's fine 72 and later Mohammad Shafiq's 50 as they made 337 for six in fifty overs.

Brief Scores: Karachi Gymkhana First Innings: 187 (57.3 overs). Asia Under-15s First Innings: 337/6 (60 overs). Karachi Gymkhana Second Innings: 166/7 (58 overs).
