Johannesburg:South Africa's swashbuckling all-rounder Justin Kemp has been named as Nashua Titans captain for the next season.

The 27-year-old big-hitting cricketer, who is currently plying his skills in the English County circuit for Kent, is fast becoming another version of Lance Klusener who is known as a man who could thump the ball a long way.

Kemp had an outstanding run on the international scene last season. He came up with brilliant displays for South Africa in the One-day International matches against England, Zimbabwe and the West Indies.

Known to pack the cricket ball a punch, Kemp broke Lance Klusener's record of hitting most sixes in a calender year. He belted 23 sixes last season.
