Karachi:The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) have flatly refused to play a Test match in Karachi on their forthcoming tour of Pakistan later this year.

According to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the ECB had voiced reservations over playing in Karachi which witnessed a suicide attack on a mosque and subsequent rioting by angry protesters earlier this week.

It may be mentioned here that Australia, West Indies, New Zealand, South Africa and India had earlier refused play a Test in the port city of Karachi.
