Bangalore:Three members of the India Under-19 World Cup-speedsters Vikram Vir Singh (Punjab) and Rudra Pratap Singh (Uttar Pradesh) and Cheteshwar Pujara (Saurashtra) have been picked for this year's Gavaskar-Border scholarship.

The trio will undergo training at the Commonwealth Bank Cricket Academy in Brisbane, Australia from June 20 to July 31.

The trio is slated to leave for Australia on June 19.

It may be noted that NCA has been sending promising cricketers under the scholarship since its inception in 2000 to Australia.

Mohammad Kaif, Sridharan Sriram and Lakshmipathi Balaji were beneficiaries of this scholarship before.
