Islamabad:Alarmed over growing over-age cases in domestic cricket, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has cracked the whip serving one year bans on Rawalpindi Cricket Association (RCA) president Masood Anwar and Rawalpindi Under-19 captain Ali Sarfraz.

The duo were punished after strong protests lodged by Islamabad that the said player was fielded in the just-concluded Rawalpindi region inter-district under-19 championship tie despite being over-aged.

The PCB choose to held RCA official Anwar as responsible along wih the player for the unsavoury episode.
