The court said the bail application of Pataudi, who was yesterday remanded to police custody for a day after he surrendered before it, would be taken up tomorrow.
Before he was produced in the court, Pataudi underwent a customary medical check up in the Jhajjar Civil Hospital.
Chief Judicial Magistrate Sudhir Jiwan extended Pataudi's remand by a day on prosecution's plea that the registration book of the vehicle used in the crime was yet to be recovered.
Earlier, Pataudi was taken to Kilodh village where he and his seven associates had allegedly killed the endangered black buck and two rabbits.
The Punjab and Haryana High Court had already dismissed the anticipatory bail pleas of Pataudi and his co-accused Shashi Singh.
An FIR was registered against Pataudi and seven others on June 5 after police recovered carcasses of black buck and two rabbits from the vehicle in which they were travelling.
