New Delhi:As part of the probe into the black buck poaching episode, former Indian captain Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, an accused in the case, was today brought to his residence in New Delhi, from where the Registration Certificate (RC) of the Maruti Gypsy allegedly used in the hunting was recovered.

Pataudi was brought to his residence in the posh Vasant Vihar residence by a team of Jhajjar police early in the morning, Jhajjar police sources said.

The RC of the Maruti Gypsy was recovered from there, they said. The vehicle, registered in Pataudi's name, was earlier impounded from the premises.

Pataudi was then taken back to Jhajjar, where he was also taken to hospital for medical check-up as he was complaining of stomach upset, they said.

After having spent two days in police remand following his surrender before a Jhajjar court on Saturday, the former Indian captain will be presented in court later today.
