Kolkata:Dalmiya said it was for the three observers to decide when to hold the AGM. "We do not know when the AGM will go ahead. It will depend on the three observers. The threejudges will have to decide among themselves," he said.

Dalmiya also said that there was no compromise formula being worked out among the two factions.

The Calcutta High Court had earlier in the day appointed K N Singh and Madan Mohan Punchi, both former Chief Justices of India, as observers for the BCCI election.

The duo will share the responsibility with Suhas Chandra Sen, retired Supreme Court judge, who was appointed as observer yesterday.
