Multan:Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Shaharyar Khan on Sunday said the Board for Control of Cricket in India (BCCI) had agreed to an amended tour plan for the forthcoming India-Pakistan series in Pakistan and hoped that Indian government would approve the itinerary as well.

In contrast to the tour plan prepared by the PCB, the BCCI wanted a side match at Lahore before the Test series and this adjustment has been made, PCB chief said.

He said the ICC would appoint umpires for the Pakistan-India series as soon as it gets the schedule.

To a question he said the PCB had not imposed ban on any player but added they should seek prior permission before talking to media whether print or electronic.

Earlier, the Multan Cricket Association officials and the Multan Cricket Stadium in-charge gave briefing to the PCB chairman on activities directed at regional cricket promotion.
