Venugopal Rao to lead Board President XI

Chennai:Venugopal Rao will lead the Board President's XI against Sri Lanka in the three-day match to be played at Bangalore from November 26.

BCCI Secretary S K Nair announced the 12-member team selected today by the national selectors here.

National selector V B Chandrasekar will be the cricket manager of the team.

The team: Venugopal Rao (Captain), Diraj Jadav, Sekar Diwan, Robin Uthappa, Niraj Patel, S Sriram, Parthiv Patel, Kulamani Parida, Amit Mishra, Ronadeep Bose, Munaf Patel and Gagandeep Singh.
