New Delhi:Supreme Court appointed Observer T S Krishnamurthy today submitted his report on the just-concluded BCCI elections to the Registrar General of the apex court.

Sources said the former Chief Election Commissioner, who was appointed as Observer for the November 29-30 AGM of BCCI, submitted his report this afternoon.

The apex court, in its October 25 order, had asked him to submit the report within a week of the elections.

The former CEC was asked to mention in his report reasons for his ruling on voting rights and on eligibility/disqualification.

The court will peruse the report on December 12.

Krishnamurthy was appointed Observer after some cricket association challenged the Calcutta High Court verdict removing two former Chief Justices of India as Observers to the BCCI election.
