Mumbai:India continued to be at the receiving end of bad decisions, this time the third umpire ruling Mahendra Singh Dhoni run out, just when he was taking the England bowling by the scruff of the neck.

Dhoni was adjudged run out by third umpire K Hariharan in spite of replays showing that the bails had not yet fallen, by the time Dhoni had reached the crease, by a direct throw from Anderson at mid-on.

Dhoni, who was in the middle of a blistering knock having reached 64 with 10 boundaries, could have changed the innings around for India.

On top of this, giving another twist was the giant screen operator who showed the 'Out' signal even before the umpire had made his decision.

Match referee Ranjan Madugalle was so irked by the whole incident that he asked the two giant screens to be put off for the remainder of the game.
