Unnao:After losing the first two encounters of the five-match Indo-Pak Youth Series, Youngster Cricket Club, Lahore, scored a facile 45 run win over hosts Lucknow Cricket Academy (LCA) at the District Sports Stadium here yesterday.

Batting first the Pakistani batsmen scored a modest 200 for nine in the stipulated 40 overs, courtesy Nadeem Zafar (61) and opener Faisal (39). Nadeem Mehandi and Mumtaz Qadir were the pick of the LCA bowlers claiming three wickets each, while left arm pacer S S Sengar finished with two scalps.

Chasing a modest target, LCA were bundled out for 155 in the 35th over only before the accurate bowling of off spinner Faisal, who claimed three scalps and Nadeem Zafar and Mohd Farooq, who ended up with two wickets each.

First match hero Mumtaz Qadir's valiant 52, however, went in vain as no LCA bat stood long to partner him.

Nadeem Zafar was named the Man of the Match in this third match of the Deep Fire Trophy, where LCA lead the Lahore team 2-1, with two matches to go at the North Eastern Railway Stadium in Lucknow on March 27 and 28.
