Pakistan win toss; opt to field in third ODI

London: Pakistan won the toss and opted to bowl in the third One-day international day-nighter against England at Southampton's Rosebowl today.

Pakistan lead the five-match series 1-0.

England made one change from the side which was thrashed by seven wickets at Lord's on Saturday, fast bowler Sajid Mahmood returning for the injured Darren Gough. Pakistan were unchanged.

The first match of the series was rained off.


England: Marcus Trescothick, Andrew Strauss (captain), Ian Bell, Kevin Pietersen, Paul Collingwood, Jamie Dalrymple, Rikki Clarke, Chris Read, Sajid Mahmood, Jon Lewis, Stuart Broad.

Pakistan: Shoaib Malik, Mohammad Hafeez, Younis Khan, Mohammad Yousuf, Inzamam-ul-Haq (captain), Abdul Razzaq, Shahid Afridi, Kamran Akmal, Rana Naved-ul-Hasan, Shoaib Akhtar, Mohammad Asif.
