for hearing of the matter.

In the meantime, parties gave an undertaking that they would seek an adjournment in high court where the matter is coming for hearing on September 15.

The petitioners have challenged the order on the ground that the high court has granted the main relief sought in writ petition by way of the interim order.

The petitioners have also contended that impugned order infringes the rights of BCA which was not made a party in the high court.

BCCI President Sharad Pawar and Secretary Niranjan Shah have also been made party in the case.
