Lahore: After losing both the four-day matches by huge margins, Pakistan has named a new under-19 squad for the first two One-day matches against the Indian colts with just seven players surviving the chopping-and-dropping exercise.

Mohammad Ebrahim was also stripped of captaincy even though he was retained in the side. Abbottabad's 17-year-old all-rounder Riaz Kail has been appointed new skipper of the side.

Others to have retained their places are Moinuddin (Bahawalpur), Saadullah Ghauri (Lahore), Imad Wasim (Islamabad), Raza Rehman and Mohammad Naved, both from Lahore.

The Indian colts hammered the hosts by 271 runs in Rawalpindi and by an innings and 240 runs inside three days at Peshawar.

The first one dayer is slated on Tuesday here at Gaddafi Stadium, followed by September 21 (Sheikhpura), September 23 (Bagh-e-Jinnah, Lahore) and September 24 (Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore).

Meanwhile, the Indian team would be bolstered with B Sumanth, Sunny Sohal and Sourabh Bandekar joining the ranks.
