London:Darren Gough is set to make his comeback for England duty in November's Hong Kong Sixes tournament following the shin problem which kept him on the sidelines against Pakistan last month.

The injury, which meant the fast bowler had to pull out in the middle of the one-day series against Pakistan, had raised doubts whether he would ever play for England again, let alone the 2007 World Cup.

The 36-year-old is, however, included in a seven-man squad - under the captaincy of former England all-rounder Dominic Cork - for the Hong Kong event which takes place on November 11 and 12.

The eight other teams in the Sixes are Australia, India, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Pakistan, South Africa, West Indies and New Zealand.
