South Africa and New Zealand advanced to the last-four from Group B. The last semi-finalists will be the winners of India-Australia match at Mohali on Sunday.
England made one change from the side that lost the previous game against world champions Australia at Jaipur, replacing fast bowler Steve Harmison with Jon Lewis.
Pacemen Corey Collymore and Fidel Edwards came in place of Ian Bradshaw and Dwayne Smith in the West Indies team.
