Saying he had heard about the incident from others as he did not himself watch the final match. Tendulkar termed it an unpleasant experience and an ''uncalled for'' behaviour against a person who was dear to all the cricketers.
''I was not watching the proceedings because I was travelling, but from what I heard (from others) it was an unpleasant experience which was uncalled for,'' the batting maestro told reporters today.
Sachin also felt that the incident should not have taken place at all. We have to show respect to a person who is so involved in the game and is dear to the cricketers, he added.
