Saurashtra's batsmen crumbled against pacers and spinners and were bundled out for 132 runs in the first session of the last day.
Saurashtra, which had lost two points to defending champions Uttar Pradesh after conceding the first innings lead while playing in Kanpur, lost four points after the defeat at the hands of Baroda.
Baroda, which was high on confidence after its first round win over Karnatka, have now collected full four points against Saurashtra.
The hosts started their second innings at the overnight score of 36 for two and did not survive long against the incisive bowling of Baroda's pacers and spinners.
Medium pacers -- Rakesh Patel and Irfan Pathan -- grabbed three and two wickets by conceding 59 and 21 runs respectively, while R Pawar and Ajit Bhoite also collectively scalped five wickets.
R Pawar took three wickets for twenty seven runs while Abhoite scalped two for three in space of five overs.
