Fleming wins toss, elects to bat at WACA

Perth:New Zealand captain Stephen Fleming won the toss and elected to bat in the tri-series One-day international against England at the WACA.

New Zealand made two changes from the side narrowly beaten by Australia on Sunday, with paceman Shane Bond and James Franklin recalled for Mark Gillespie and Kyle Mills.

England kept faith with the same side beaten by nine-wickets by Australia in Adelaide on Friday.


England: Andrew Flintoff (capt), Mal Loye, Andrew Strauss, Ian Bell, Paul Collingwood, Ed Joyce, Jamie Dalrymple, Paul Nixon, Liam Plunkett, Monty Panesar, Chris Tremlett.

New Zealand: Stephen Fleming (capt), Brendon McCullum, Peter Fulton, Ross Taylor, Craig McMillan, Daniel Vettori, James Franklin, Jacob Oram, Lou Vincent, Shane Bond, Jeetan Patel.
