Mithali Raj to lead Indian eves for Quadrangular Series

New Delhi:Mithali Raj will lead a 14-member Indian women's squad in the Quadrangular Series to be held in Chennai from Feb 15 to Mar 6.

Pacer Jhulan Goswami has been made vice-captain for the four-nation elite tournament, BCCI said in a release today.

Defending and World Cup champions Australia, New Zealand and England are the other teams in the competition.

The squad: Mithali Raj (Capt), Jhulan Goswami (vice-capt), Karuna jain (wk), Anjum Chopra, Sunetra Paranjpe, Hemlata Kala, Jaya Sharma, Nooshin Al Khadeer, Amita Sharma, Priti Dimri, Rajeshwari Goyal, MD Thirshkamini, Rumeli Dhar and Deveika Palshikar. Standbys: Sulakshana Naik (wk), Poonam Raut and Diana David.

Support staff: Manager: Anju Jain, Coach: Sudha shah, Physio: Sheela Jaya rao, Trainer: Kamal Hassan.
