England captain Paul Collingwood won the toss and elected to bat against India in the sixth one-day international at the Brit Oval here Wednesday.

It was the second toss Collingwood had won in succession after losing the first four of the series.

For England Sussex all-rounder Luke Wright was called in for his debut, while Dimitri Mascarenhas was recalled.

Andrew Flintoff missed out with his ankle injury, with Ravi Bopara already ruled out with a damaged thumb and Chris Tremlett also suffering ankle problems.

India made one change from the side that won at Headingley Sunday, with Robin Uthappa replacing Dinesh Karthik. England lead the seven-match series 3-2.
