India beat England, level series

New Delhi, Sept 06: India beat England by two wickets in a high-scoring match at the Oval on Wednesday to win the sixth one-day international and level the series at 3-3.

Robin Uthappa, who finished unbeaten on 47 from 33 balls, hit the winning runs as India made 317-8 at the Oval in south London in response to the home team's 316-6 from 50 overs. Man-of-the-match Sachin Tendulkar scored a match-winning 94 off 81 balls.
