India elect to field in dead rubber at Jaipur

Jaipur: India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni won the toss and elected to field against Pakistan in the fifth and final ODI (day/night) at Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur on Sunday.

Both the teams have rung in four changes each in the dead rubber as the hosts have already secured the five-match series and lead 3-1.

India drafted in Rohit Sharma, Murli Kartik, Sreesanth and Praveen Kumar in the starting line-up in place of Ganguly, Harbhajan, Zaheer Khan and RP Singh

For Pakistan, Shahid Afridi, Younus Khan, Shoaib Akhtar and Kamran Akmal were rested to make room for youngsters Imran Nazir, Fawad Alam and debutant wicketkeeper-batsman Sarfraz Ahmed.

India: Sachin Tendulkar, Gautam Gambhir, Virender Sehwag, Yuvraj Singh, Rohit Sharma, Mahendra Singh Dhoni (capt&wk) Robin Uthappa, Irfan Pathan, Murali Kartik, Sreesanth and Praveen Kumar.

Pakistan: Imran Nazir, Yasir Hameed, Salman Butt, Mohammed Yousuf, Shoaib Malik (capt), Misbah-ul-Haq, Sarfraz Ahmed (wk), Fawad Alam, Umar Gul, Sohail Tanvir, Iftikhar Anjum.
