CB series final-2: India elect to bat against Aus at Gabba

Bangalore: India skipper Dhoni won the toss and elected to bat first in the second of the best-of-three Commonwealth Bank tri-series finals against Australia at the Gabba in Brisbane on Tuesday.

Both teams made one change to the sides that played in the first final in Sydney on Sunday, which India won by six wickets.

India strike weapon Ishant Sharma, who suffered finger injury during SCG game, makes way for Sreesanth.

Australia bring back Stuart Clark in must-win game in place of out-going Brad Hogg

There is a chance of showers in Brisbane later on Tuesday.


India: Dhoni, Gambhir, Harbhajan Singh, Kumar, Pathan, Piyush Chawla, Raina, R Sharma, Sreesanth, Tendulkar, Uthappa, Yuvraj Singh.

Australia: Bracken, Clark, Clarke, Gilchrist, Hayden, Hogg, Hopes, Hussey, Johnson, Lee, Ponting, Symonds.
