Bangalore: Have you ever wondered what Harbhajan Singh will do with the big money he gets for few weeks' work in IPL? Here is the answer, he is going to contribute generously to air pollution and global warming with a monstrous off-road vehicle manufactured by General Motors, Hummer.
"IPL will be a huge success. I am looking forward to playing against my own team mates from the national team. Thanks to the IPL I will be able to afford my favourite car- Hummer," Harbhajan told NDTV.
If sources are to be believed, India's ODI and Twenty20 team skipper Dhoni is also planning to own a Hummer. The 'Ranchi Rambo' already owns a Harley Davidson motorbike.
Dhoni prefers the black one, while Harbhajan could go for red, said sources.
Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty had recently purchased one. The other members too have plans as the IPL gave them an unexpected opportunity to dive further deeper into luxury.
Environmentalists all over the world have been protesting against the expensive vehicle for quite a long time now as Hummer's fuel consumption and emission level is so high and it contributes to the air pollution and global warming in a big way.
Hummer is the favourite vehicle of most of the film stars, sports personalities, rock stars and business tycoons.
