With weatherman forcasting mainly dry weather in the next few days, both Men in Blue and proteas will have to sweat really hard to win the battle.

In the next few days, Kanpur and most of the cities in the state will witness a rise in day temperature.

Kanpur registered 34.6 degrees Celsius today and mercury is likely to show an upswing trend in the coming days.

The westerlies sweeping across UP might also pose challenge to bowlers of both the teams.

Due to the scorching heat, the players are also facing problems during the net practice.

Meanwhile, replying to a question of hot weather, South African team coach John Michael Arthur said ''we have played in such weather conditions in Bangladesh and Chennai, so there's nothing to worry.'' It is a maiden test match organised in the northern belt during the month of April.
