Mumbai: Mumbai Indians captain Sachin Tendulkar won the toss and chose to bowl in their IPL encounter against Kolkata Knight Riders at the Wankhede Stadium here on Friday.

Mumbai have made a change to the line-up that saw off of Chennai outfit in the previous game. Medium pacer Dhawal Kulkarni makes way for left-arm spinner Rajesh Pawar.

Kolkata have left out Tatendu Taibu and left-arm spinner Iqbal Abdullah and recalled Agarkar and Mohd Hafeez.

Mumbai look balanced with strong batting line-up with the likes of Sachin, Sanath, Uthappa, Bravo, Thornely and a solid bowling attack spearheaded by the seasoned Pollock while Kolkata outfit boosts a formidable bowling attack but their batting look bit brittle. Only Hussey (Jr) has delevered the goods consistantly.

A victory for Kolkata will edge 'em closer to a semis' berth and a triumph for Mumbai will mean that three teams - Mumbai, Kolkata and Delhi - are level on ten points, making the competition for the final semi-final berth a three-horse race.

Mumbai Indians: Sanath Jayasuriya, Sachin Tendulkar (capt), Robin Uthappa, Dominic Thornely, Dwayne Bravo, Shaun Pollock, Abhishek Nayar, Yogesh Takawale (wk), Rajesh Pawar, Rohan Raje, and Ashish Nehra.

Kolkata Knight Riders: Salman Butt, Aakash Chopra, Sourav Ganguly (capt), David Hussey, Mohammad Hafeez, Laxmi Ratan Shukla, Wriddhiman Saha (wk), Ajit Agarkar, Shoaib Akhtar, Ishant Sharma and Ashok Dinda.

Match Officials: Umpires: Billy Harper and Daryl Harper. Third umpire: I Shivram. Match Referee: Farookh Engineer.
