England all-rounder Andrew Flintoff is set to bowl on Wednesday in Lancashire's Twenty20 Cup match at home to Nottinghamshire at Old Trafford.
The 30-year-old Flintoff did in fact play in Monday's home win over Derbyshire though he neither bat nor bowled as he returned from a seven-week lay-off from a left side strain.
In Monday's game, former New Zealand international Lou Vincent hit a 59-ball century for Lancashire as they moved into a share of the lead in the Twenty20 Cup.
Lancashire beat Derbyshire, who scored 153 for five, by nine wickets with 22 balls left at Old Trafford to put them level with Durham at the top of the North Division table.
Vincent made a name for himself by being only the third Lancashire centurion in Twenty20 cricket. For Derbyshire, Wavell Hinds' managed 72 not out.
