Karachi: Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni won the toss and elected to chase against Pakistan in their Asia Cup final match at National Stadium here today.

Dhoni said it was better to chase on a track which is expected to be a bowlers' graveyard. We want to put pressure of setting a target on Sri Lanka. I don't think any team is sure of what target to set. Our strength is batting, he said.

India made one change for today's match as Praveen Kumar made way for Robin Uthappa.

Toss won't do much deference as Lankan skipper reveled that he too wanted to bat first. "We wanted to bat on this pitch and let our slow bowlers get into them later. We got back Vaas and Mendis. The rest stay the same. We just want to enjoy the final."
