India elect to bat in fourth Sri Lanka one-dayer

COLOMBO :
India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni elected to bat after winning the toss against Sri Lanka in the fourth one-day international on Wednesday.

India lead 2-1 in the five-match series.

Sri Lanka made one change from the side that lost the previous match by 33 runs here on Sunday, bringing in Malinda Warnapura in place of Chamara Silva.

India retained the team.

India: Mahendra Singh Dhoni (capt), Gautam Gambhir, Virat Kohli, Suresh Raina, Yuvraj Singh, Rohit Sharma, Subramaniam Badrinath, Praveen Kumar, Harbhajan Singh, Zaheer Khan, Munaf Patel.

Sri Lanka: Mahela Jayawardene (capt), Kumar Sangakkara, Sanath Jayasuriya, Malinda Warnapura, Tillakaratne Dilshan, Chamara Kapugedara, Chaminda Vaas, Muttiah Muralitharan, Ajantha Mendis, Thilan Thushara, Nuwan Kulasekara.

Umpires: Billy Doctrove (WIS) and Gamini Silva (SRI)

TV umpire: Tyron Wijewardene (SRI)

Match referee: Chris Broad (ENG)
