Graeme Smith ruled out due to tennis elbowLondon: South Africa won the toss and elected to field in the third one-dayer against England at the Brit Oval here on Friday.

The tourists, with two back-to-back defeats, suffered more woes coming into the match after regular skipper Graeme Smith ruled out owing to tennis elbow. Senior pro Jacques Kallis will lead the side.

South Africa, having beaten comprahensively in the first two matches by Pietersen-led England, need to win this tie to keep the series alive


England: Ian Bell, Matt Prior (wk), Owais Shah, Kevin Pietersen (capt), Andrew Flintoff, Paul Collingwood, Samit Patel, Luke Wright, Stuart Broad, Steve Harmison and James Anderson.

South Africa: Herschelle Gibbs, Hashim Amla, Jacques Kallis (capt), AB de Villiers, JP Duminy, Mark Boucher (wk), Albie Morkel, Johan Botha, Morne Morkel, Dale Steyn and Makhaya Ntini.
