A soaked outfield following heavy rain saw the toss delayed for the fifth and final one day international between England and South Africa here on Wednesday.

An inspection will be carried out by umpires Nigel Llong and Simon Taufel at 1345GMT, 15 minutes after the scheduled start of play.

England lead the series 4-0 and need one more win to climb into second place in the world one-day rankings.
