PCBDubai: PCB has now decided to hold all home matches for Pakistan in Dubai in the wake of continuing terrorists attacks in the country.

It signed a 3-year agreement to play its home One-day Internationals and Twenty20 matches at the the Dubai Sports City.

Touring teams have been reluctant to visit Pakistan to visit Pakistan in recent times due to the increasing terrorist attacks in the country. PCB had to cancel Champions trophy after teams like Pakistan, South Africa and England refused to tour the country.

Pakistan has not played a single test match in the year 2008 as the top teams in the country had refused to play in the country.

The new deal could well mean the One-dayers and Twenty20 clash during India's scheduled tour of Pakistan in early 2009 could also be played in Dubai. The agreement will feature a triangular series in 2009 after construction of a cricket stadium in the Dubai sports city is completed.
