Brett Lee drew first blood for Australia when he dismissed local lad Virender Sehwag, who had wanted to score a century in his home ground, plumb in front of the stumps. Dravid who was in good knick ( 11 from 31 balls) made one fatal mistake - he chased at a wide delivery from Mitchell Johnson which pitched outside the off stump and was angled further away, but couldn't middle it, and the outside edge was neatly pouched by Matthew Hayden at first slip.
Earlier India captain won the Toss and elected to bat. India, who are coming into the KotlaTest with a 1-0 lead after winning the Mohali Test, have made two changes to the team that mauled the Aussies at Mohali; Anil Kumble comes in and takes over the reins from MS Dhoni, while Harbhajan Singh who is suffering from a toe injury is replaced by Amit Mishra.
The Australians have made one change - and a expected one that. Stuart Clark, who missed the Mohali Test owing to a elbow injury, is back in the fold, and he replaces Peter Siddle, who impressed on debut at Mohali.
