FlintoffAbu Dhabi: England Allround Andrew Flintoff has said that the decision to resume the two-Test tour of India was a unanimous made by the entire England team.

England squad will return to India on Monday from their Abu Dhabi training base to resume their tour which was abandoned midway through the previous one-day series following the terror attacks in Mumbai.

Since returning from India there have been suggestions that several established members of the squad - including Flintoff - were not keen to head back, but the Lancashire all-rounder insists the decision was a unanimous one.

He has also rejected suggestions that the senior players in the England ranks were responsible for calling the shots.

"We have decided to go as a team," he said.

"Everyone decided to go. To say it was just senior players would be wrong.

"Throughout everyone has voiced their opinion, whether they be junior or senior players."
