Sri Lanka won the toss; Jadeja debuts

Colombo: Sri Lanka won the toss and elected to bat first in the fifth and final one-day international of the Wealthsurance Cup against India at the Premadasa Stadium in Colombo on Sunday.

Zaheer Khan and Sachin Tendulkar continued to sit out for India while Lanka brought in Upul Tharanga to open the inning alongside Jayasuriya.

India: 1 Virender Sehwag, 2 Gautam Gambhir, 3 Suresh Raina, 4 Yuvraj Singh, 5 Rohit Sharma, 6 Yusuf Pathan, 7 Mahendra Singh Dhoni (capt & wk), 8 Ravindra Jadeja, 9 Irfan Pathan, 10 L Balaji, 11 Ishant Sharma.

Sri Lanka: 1 Sanath Jayasuriya, 2 Dilshan, 3 Kumar Sangakkara (wk), 4 Mahela Jayawardene (capt), 5 Thilina Kandamby, 6 Chamara Kapugedera, 7 Farveez Maharoof, 8 Nuwan Kulasekara, 9 Thilan Thushara, 10 Muttiah Muralitharan, 11 Ajantha Mendis.
