Christchurch: New Zealand is not much concerned about the appearance of Indian Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar, who comes into the touring side for first time in Tusesday's opening cricket in Napier.

Tendulkar missed the two Twenty-20 matches which New Zealand won and Vettori says they won't be making too much of a fuss about the fact they'll now becoming up against him.

Kiwis captain said that they can't afford to focus on an individual as India have several batsmen in their top six are capable to turning a game.

He says Tendulkar may well be a boyhood hero for some of the younger members of the side but they've got to remember they're now playing on the international stage.
