Durban: Brilliant bowling performance from Deccan chargers helpe Mumbai Indians to restrict Deccan Chargers to 168/9 in 20 overs in the 12th match of the IPL at Durban.

Gibbs scored his maiden IPL fifty in just 38 balls that included five fours and two sixes. Gibbs got run out after a terrible mix-up with Venugopal Rao. Rao called Gibbs for the second run before saying no to his partner. Laxman again failed with the bat scoring a duck.

One stage the Deccans were going great guns scoring 124/1 with Gibbs and Dwayne Smith (35 off 22 balls) dispatching most of the balls into the stands. It was looking that they would post the highest total of IPL-2 or may be the first team to score over 200.

But one old war-horse Jayasuriya foxed Smith things have started to fall in line for Mumbai outfit. But that one over from Bravo, when he got Rohit Sharma and Laxman and the run out of Gibbs in next over, turned the match completely in their favour.
