Knight Riders not for sale: SRK

Mumbai: Kolkata Knight Riders owner Shah Rukh Khan has denied the reports that the IPL franchisee is up for sale.

Speculation has been ripe that Shah Rukh Khan is trying to sell his stake in the team after its dismal performance in the IPL's second season.

Shah Rukh Khan said that he had invested a good amount in KKR and he is emotionally attached with his team, he can"t think of selling it.

The Non Khan-nonisation of KKR !!

"The amount of love I have invested in it, nobody in this world can afford to buy it," Shah Rukh said after casting his vote on Thursday.

KKR has been plagued by a number of controversies which went on to affect its performance on the field as the side managed just one win so far in the second IPL.

Multiple Captain theory of Johan Buchannan, Ganguly captaincy omission, sending Aakash Chopra and Sanjay Bangar were the major issues that had affected players morale in Kolkata Knight Riders.
