London: World's biggest pyrotechnics display will soon commence at England's historic Lords' ground when England face Netherlands in the the ICC World Cup's opening match.
Team England is feeling confident ahead of their first Group B match following a convincing win over the West Indies in a warm up game on Wednesday.
"We know we're going to have to play to our absolute potential to get to those semi-finals, but there's a lot of confidence around at the moment and it's all good - there's a real feelgood factor in the team." said Collingwood, captain of England Team.
England has a poor record in the this format of cricket and they managed to win just one game in in the inaugural cup in South Africa two years ago.
Defending champions India are hot favourites to win and they face Bangladesh in Group A on Saturday.
12 teams who are taking part in the tournament are divided in to three groups.

The semis consist of the top two teams in those groups and will be played at Trent Bridge and The Oval.
The final of the tournament will takes place at Lord's on Sunday 21 June.
