Yusuf blasts BCCI over Irfan's omission

Ahemadabad: India's explosive batsman Yusuf Pathan blasted at BCCI for not including his brother Irfan Pathan from the list of Champions Trophy probables, which is scheduled to start on September 2009.

Speaking at a promotional event in Ahemadabad Yusuf said that Irfan's performances had always been up to the mark and he had been left out because of other reasons.

Significantly, Yusuf's angry reaction comes on the heels of Gujarat Cricket Association chief selector Mukund Parmar comments that "for someone from Gujarat to get selected in the Team India, someone from the state has to be there in the selection committee".
