Along with their love for the game of cricket, Indian cricketers are known for their craze for cars. Indian captain Dhoni is completely in love with cars and being a great fan of Hummer he finally owned it one.
It was California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger who eyed the US military Humvee mini-trucks and converted one in to luxurious SUV. Then commercially marketed as the Hummer, it soon became the range at deserts safaris in the gulf and US airways. Now Indian captain Dhoni has got himself a copper coloured Hummer and people's eye balls are falling off as huge, armoured truck rolls on Ranchi roads.
Now errant drivers, lane cutting cabbies and auto-wallas beware, Dhoni is humming a new song, and that is a heavy metal.
Indian captain will now also contribute generously to air pollution and global warming with a monstrous off-road vehicle manufactured by General Motors.
Environmentalists all over the world have been protesting against the expensive vehicle for quite a long time now as Hummer's fuel consumption and emission level is so high and it contributes to the air pollution and global warming in a big way.
