New Delhi: After a brief break, Delhi marauder Virender Sehwag is all set to return to cricket. The dashing opener was named the captain of the Rest of Indian team for the Irani Cup, which is scheduled to held in November-December.
BCCI Selection committee which met on Chennai also seclected the three teams for the Challenger Series. The series will be held from October 8 to 11.
Indian captain Mahendra Singh will lead Indian blues, Yuvraj Singh will captain India Red and Suresh Raina will skipper India Green.
Yuvraj Singh will lead India Red, Suresh Raina will captain India Green and MS Dhoni will skipper India Blues, according to a statement issued by the BCCI.
