Bangalore: Former Indian captain Rahul Dravid was today left out of India's 15-man squad for the upcoming India Australia ODI series. Yusuf Pathan, Dinesh Karthik and Abhishek Nayar were also dropped from the squad.
Virender Sehwag and Yuvraj Singh who missed Champions Trophy due to injuries, returned to the team.
Sudeep Tyagi in the only new comer in the squad. Selectors have also recalled Munaf Patel and Ravindra Jadeja to the Indian side.
Zaheer Khan was not considered as he is still recuperating from a shoulder injury. Virat Kohli, who was rushed out to take Yuvraj's place for the Champions Trophy, retains his place in the side ahead of wicketkeeper-batsman Dinesh Karthik

The ODI series is scheduled to start on October 25 in Vadodara and will end with final day/night clash at Navi Mumbai on November 11.
The other matches in the Indo-Oz series are to be held at Nagpur (Oct 28), Delhi (Oct 31), Mohali (Nov 2), Hyderabad (Nov 5) and Guwahati (Nov 8).
