Hyderabad: Adian Barath played a stunning innings (63) to guide Trinindad & Tobago to a 24 run victory against Diamond Eagles and ensure a place in semifinals of the Champions League.
Trinindad & Tobago became the first team in the tournament to score 200-run mark in the competition as they rattled up 213 for the loss of four wickets.

Adrian Barath was the most impressive of Caribbean batsmen, hammering four sixes and four fours on his way to 63 from 41 balls.
The Eagles needed 214 runs in just 14.2 overs to qualify for the semifinals got a flying start but faltered once they lost their top order batsmen.
Van Wyk smashed 25 off 14 balls with four boundaries and a six while Rossouw hit 44 of just 19 balls with five boundaries and three sixes.

With Eagles losing their fifth wicket for 156 in 16.4 overs, the match was virtually over tilting in favour of Trinidad and Tobago. Sherwin Ganga and Kieran Pollard were the pick of the Trinidad bowlers taking two wickets a piece.
